Not medical advice

SwastriCare and Swastrica organise information and support your care. They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and they are not a medical device. Decisions about your health belong with you and your doctor. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital first.

Early software

SwastriCare is in active development. Features marked "In development" are not yet available, and available features may change as we improve them. We work hard on reliability but cannot promise uninterrupted service during beta.

Your account

Keep your login private and the information you add truthful. You may only manage another person's profile with their consent, or as their lawful guardian or caregiver.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorised access attempts, no scraping other people's data, no unlawful content.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, Onwords is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of a free beta service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction. Questions: ceo@onwords.in.
