What we collect
Your account details (name, phone or email), the health information you choose to add (records, prescriptions, vitals, meals), readings from devices you connect, and basic app-usage data that helps us fix problems.
What we use it for
To run SwastriCare for you: keeping your vault, sending the reminders you set, letting Swastrica answer from your real record, and sharing data with the clinics, labs or family members you approve. Nothing else.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never show you advertising based on your health. We never share your record with anyone you have not consented to, except where Indian law requires it.
How it is protected
Your vault is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. Access follows India's ABDM consent framework: you decide who sees what, per family member, per doctor, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Your controls
You can export your record, correct it, or delete your account and its data entirely. Write to ceo@onwords.in and we will complete deletion within 30 days.
